Limited
Warranty

Game Cabinets Incorporated
arcade machines are warranted to be free from manufacturers'
defects in materials and construction.
The sole obligation
of GameCabinets Inc. under this warranty is to supply a replacement
component or credit against the purchase of such product in
the event of a failure. The following items are covered for
1 year from the date the arcade cabinet was shipped:
Joysticks, emulator, microswitches, motherboard, sounds card,
video card, harddrive, floppy/dvdrom drive, monitor and buttons
are covered.

Transportation
Damage

All Game Cabinets
Incorporated arcade machines are electrically tested and visually
and mechanically inspected prior to shipment. Responsibility
for its' safe delivery was assumed by the carrier upon acceptance
of the shipment.
All arcade machines
should be given a thorough inspection and tested for defects
upon receipt.
Concealed damage may not become apparent until the game machine
has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit
due to rough handling even though the external carton may
not show external damage.
If any of these conditions are found to exist, contact Game
Cabinets Inc. directly and file a damage report within 2 days
after receipt. Any external evidence to the shipping container
must be noted on the freight bill of laden and signed by the
carrier's agent if possible. Failure to adequately describe
such external damage may result in the carrier refusing to
honor a damage claim. All damaged products received with the
original packing must be held in the exact condition as received.
Game Cabinets Inc. will give instructions for disposition
and any forms that are required to file a claim.
All warranty claims are subject to approval by Game Cabinets
Incorporated.

Limitation
of Liability

In no event shall
Game Cabinets Incorporated or its employees, agents or licensors
be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or multiple
damages of any kind. We hold no responsibility if you misuse
the rom files, the software or you burn, mutilate, electrocute,
lose, or destroy your body, your house, the neighbor's goldfish,
or any other items of earthly or spiritual importance while
using Game Cabinets Inc. products. Use at your own risk.

Refund
Policy

Refunds are given
if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
and we are not able to replace or repair the item for you
otherwise all sales are final.
If you have a product that needs to be repaired please first for a RMA number. A correct RMA number must accompany
all returned merchandise. Item(s) returned without a RMA number
displayed on the outside of the box will not be opened and
will be "Returned to Sender" postage due.

Shipping

We ship all game machines
via freight shipping unless otherwise instructed. Standard
shipping will deliver curbside. When your game system arrives
you will need to have another person present to help unload
the shipment, as the shipping company will not bring the game
cabinet into your house, for liability reasons. If you require
inside delivery please contact us for additional shipping
options.
